Refund policy

We want shopping with us to feel low-risk. If something is not right, we will work with you to fix it. Here is exactly how our return and refund process works — clearly and without surprises.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In its original packaging

Before sending anything back, please contact us first at support@lunecalme.com to confirm eligibility and receive the correct return warehouse address.

⚠️ Do not ship items back without receiving return instructions first. Packages sent to the wrong address may not be recoverable and cannot be processed for refund.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Products marked non-returnable at checkout
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts (unless damaged in transit)

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging and shipping box

In these cases:

  • We cover return shipping costs
  • You may use a trackable shipping service
  • We will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs
  • A full refund will be issued once confirmed

3. Returns for Personal Reasons

If you change your mind or decide the item is not right for you, you may return it within 30 days, as long as it is unused and in original condition.

In these cases:

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
  • Use a trackable shipping service for your protection

4. How to Start a Return

Step 1

Email us at support@lunecalme.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2

We will confirm eligibility and send you the correct return address. Do not ship anything before receiving instructions.

Step 3

Ship your item using a trackable carrier and share your tracking number with us.

Step 4

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 1–3 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Inspection & processing: 1–3 business days after receipt
  • Bank processing time: 3–5 business days (varies by provider)

We do not charge restocking fees or deduct hidden costs. You receive the full eligible refund amount.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different item:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order separately

This ensures faster processing and avoids delays.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, it may still be returned after delivery under this policy.

8. No Hidden Fees

We do not charge:

  • Restocking fees
  • Hidden service fees
  • Subscription requirements

The price at checkout is the final price you pay.
