We keep checkout simple. Lunecalme currently accepts PayPal as the payment method for all orders. Below is everything you need to know about how payment works, what happens after you pay, and how your information is protected.

Accepted Payment Method

We currently accept:

  • PayPal — available for all orders shipped to the contiguous United States

We do not currently accept:

  • Credit cards (direct)
  • Debit cards (direct)
  • Bank transfers
  • Checks
  • Cash payments

All transactions are securely processed through PayPal.

No PayPal account? No problem.

You can still pay using PayPal guest checkout. At checkout, select:

  • “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”

This allows you to complete payment without creating a PayPal account.

How Checkout Works

Step 1: Add your item to the cart and proceed to checkout
Step 2: Enter your shipping details and review your order
Step 3: Select PayPal as your payment method
Step 4: You will be redirected to PayPal to log in or pay as a guest
Step 5: After successful payment, you will return to our site and receive an order confirmation email

⚠️ Orders are only confirmed once PayPal successfully processes payment and you receive a confirmation email.

What Happens After You Pay

Once your payment is completed, here is what to expect:

  • Order confirmation email: Sent within minutes
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping confirmation email: Sent once your order ships (includes tracking number)
  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after shipment

  • No restocking fees on eligible returns

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to your original PayPal account or card (if using guest checkout).

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days after return approval
  • Bank processing: 3–5 additional business days depending on provider

Common Questions

Can I pay without a PayPal account?

Yes. Use PayPal guest checkout and pay with most major debit or credit cards.

My payment failed. What should I do?

If PayPal declines your payment, the order will not be placed. Please retry or contact PayPal support. If issues continue, contact us for help.

I was charged but didn’t receive a confirmation email.

Check your spam folder first. If missing, email us with your PayPal transaction ID.

Can I cancel after paying?

If your order has not shipped, contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but returns are accepted after delivery.
